having an intrinsic sense of how the body works, he chose to pursue a career in the Pilates method and in 2006, received his certification from whole body gallery and artistry in motion. he also studied under master John f. barnes and received his certification in Myofascial release massage to elevate his work in physical and emotional therapy. the combination of both methods have proved to be incredibly effective, constantly yielding positive results. for over a decade, eddy has taught pilates at numerous studios and has trained an eclectic and broad range of clients.  he opened pileddys to pull away from studio culture and give clients a relaxed and safe oasis where they could realize their full potential in a private setting.  whether you're a fourteen year old conditioning for tennis or football season, a middle-aged professional carving out time for your body or a senior citizen working on increasing bone density and mastering balance, Rioseco has improved the confidence and well being of people all ages. he has also helped many clients with parkinson’s, fibromyalgia, ataxia and other neurological disorders. his sessions are light-filled and personal with attention to creating a dynamic approach in identifying any restrictions, locks and imbalances in the body.  he was listed as best pilates instructor in best of la weekly and continues to further his education in the pilates method and MFR.

 
 
 

joe hall

originally from des moines, iowa, joe moved to Los angeles and was introduced to pilates and got certified from pacific sports center. his main goal has become instilling injury prevention techniques while having fun and getting a great workout.  joe also works for tremaine dance conventions and travels the united states to assist their dance events.  joe continues to grow as a student and teacher, using the traditional and contemporary methodology. he is so excited to work under the direction and guidance of eddy rioseco.

 

sarah mann

Sarah Mann began her fitness career as a dancer at the age of 10. She received a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Dance Performance from Chapman University. During her time at Chapman, as a result of chronic back pain, she discovered her appreciation and love of Pilates. After college she went on to receive a Pilates Certification from Body Arts and Science International with a Dance Specialization. She is also certified DaVinci Body Board Master Teacher Trainer and a TPI (Titleist Performance Institute) Certified, Level 1, Fitness specialist. Wanting to dive further into the ins and outs of the human body, Sarah is also certified in Neurokinetic Therapy (Level 1) and is a Roll Model Method (RMM) practitioner. Sarah currently teaches Pilates throughout the San Fernando Valley. She enjoys sharing her passion for fitness and movement with her clients, while challenging them to find a stronger, more-connected self.
